Similar to most of the Chinese students, I grew up in a thought-imprisoned environment while I have been trying to set myself free from traditional cognitions and social pressure. The more knowledge and experience I gained, the more restriction I felt. I struggled hard and never want to be stereotypes, like the tiger I drew.
和大多数中国学生一样，我在一个思想受束的环境中长大。我一直在尝试突破传统观念及社会压力的束缚。但是束缚随着年龄和阅历的增长而不断加强，而我就像一只被关在笼子里的猛兽一般不断挣扎。
When traveling at Inner Mongolia grassland, I saw several Mongolian young men riding on horses and galloping on the grassland; I could feel their inherent unruliness and pride. Back to the hotel on that day, I painted the work Mongolian Knight.
在去蒙古大草原上旅行的时候，我看到几个蒙古青年骑着骏马在草地上飞驰。从他们到神态我感受到他们不羁的灵魂和广阔的胸襟，气势犹如当年成吉思汗横扫千军。于是我在回到酒店的当晚勾勒了这幅《蒙古骑士》。
The idea came from Xi'an, the Terra-Cotta Warriors. I once watched a Hollywood movie called Mummy3, and I was very interested in the Mummy character, so last year I went to Xi'an, getting close to observe those amazing sculptures finally. Then I drew this picture.
该创意来自西安秦兵马俑和好莱坞电影《木乃伊3》。我非常喜欢木乃伊里面装着丧尸的想法，正好有机会亲临西安近距离观察这些伟大的雕塑，于是创作了这幅《秦魂不灭》。
Chinese Dragon is one of my favorite spiritual symbols. It represents power, respect, luck, and wealth. The image is about a climber climbed to the top on the highest mountain. He thought that he is on top of the world but then he finds out that there is a huge flying dragon flying upon him, staring at him like staring at an ant.
中国龙图腾是我最喜欢的精神图腾之一。它代表着权力，威望，运势和财富。该图讲述登山者登上了地球之巅，以为自己万人之上。孰不知抬头看见巨龙，才发现高处不胜寒。
